Summer family holiday Tour will take you to Kandy, Sigiriya ,Anuradhapura , Polonnaruwa ,and Trincomalee Beach which will be the best beach to visit in Summer time in Sri Lanka. It will give you and your children the opportunity to learn more about Sri Lanka’s rich culture and ancient kingdoms and get up close to the impressive Asian elephants and observe many other species.

Day 01

Welcome & Elephants

Ayubowan ! you will be welcomed by your personal driver at the airport. Transfer to Kandy via Pinnawala. Watch in awe as the elephants, led by their gentle and experienced mahouts, meander down to the water, splashing and playing with infectious joy. After transfer to Kandy.

Day 02

Temple & Cultural Show

After breakfast head into the city to explore the last Royal capital in Sri Lanka. In the afternoon you enjoy a traditional Kandyan dance show before joining the locals at the Temple of the Tooth for the evening ceremony.

Day 03

Spices and Cave temple

Head to the cultural Triangle, Along the way, immerse yourself in the aromatic world of spices with a delightful stopover at a local spice garden. Sheltered under a huge rocky ledge, the site of Dambulla and its 5 caves contain countless Buddha statues lined against the walls and sublime murals.

Day 04

Climb Lion rock Fortress

After Breakfast you can explore the grounds of the ancient palace complex and see some of the most beautiful and celebrated relics that Sri Lanka has to offer. Climb the steps to the top of the Rock Fortress and enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding landscapes.

Day 05

Village tour and Jeep Safari

You will experience a boat ride , short walk through the paddy fields and vegetable cultivation. At a village house, you can enjoy a delicious Sri Lankan lunch. After enjoy evening Jeep Safari in Mineriya National Park. Summer is the season to witness the elephant gathering in this national park, a very unique sight to behold.

Day 06

Polonnaruwa

Polonnaruwa was declared the second capital of Sri Lanka by King Vijayabahu I after defeating the Chola invaders. Take your time discovering the ruins of ancient palaces, temples and Buddhist statues.After Transfer to Trincomalee

Trincomalee

Enjoy a walk on the beach before breakfast and meet the local fishermen. are many activities available in Trincomalee such as boat tours, scuba diving, snorkeling or dolphin whale-watching excursions.

Day 10

Anuradhapura

Anuradhapura is famous for its well-preserved ruins of an ancient Sri Lankan civilization, which was the first capital of the island, established in the 4th century during the reign of King Pandukhabaya. The ancient city is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and today you can discover and explore the beautiful ruins.

Day 11

Sunset Boat ride

Relax as you experience the rich colours of the sunset at the inlet of the lagoon as the sun goes down in the Indian Ocean.

Day 12

Goodbye Sri Lanka
